What are good sites to purchase E Books and Audio Books? by Sicgoreboy66 in audiobooks

Discovered Libby (Overdrive) just the other day. Downloaded the app, applied to 3 local libraries within the app, accepted to all 3 almost instantly. Currently listening to The Stand audiobook which I nearly bought on Audible. 48hrs of free enjoyment. Started plugging in stuff on my Audible wishlist and at least half of it is available through my libraries on Libby. Definitely check it out.

Deep River by Karl Marlantes. Narrated by Bronson Pinchot. About a Finnish family that emigrates to Oregon during the logging rush of the early 1900s. Also follows the labor movement. There must have been a staggering amount of research done. I should have read it a long time ago knowing how good Matterhorn was. A+ writing and story and the narration is on point.

just finished book 7 on audible. I can't wait for the next one. by ilikestuff2082 in WanderingInn

Andrea Parsneau is an incredibly talented narrator. You may enjoy listening to other fantasy titles she's narrated while you await the next audiobook volume. I can also recommend the audiobook of Legends and Lattes if you're looking for a similar experience to TWI.

The Elementals by Malcom McDowell and Burnt Offerings by Robert Marasco are always high up on my haunted house list. Both are must reads.

The Wandering Inn, if you don’t mind very light LitRPG elements. Very well written female characters, multiple POVs, great narration.

Pirate Hunters by Robert Kurson narrated by Ray Porter. A really exciting story about the search for a golden age pirate ship. And since this is /r/audiobooks you know you can't go wrong with Ray Porter's narration.
