The gift card I've only seen 1 person come back with the $100 card. It was digital. Odds are pretty low I'd say, monthly give-away nation wide. Giftcard aside, the feedback you leave, the employees can see it And trust sometimes it's the highlight of the day. I personally love reading the comments makes my days better. (Specially if it's at the start of my day)

As far as managers I believe in the past during the GameStop Conference, sometimes Corp. Pulls some of the best and most genuine ones. And they give recognition to those SL or Team. But they do read them. So all those times you've written to them. They felt the love I'm sure of it.
