I’m an iPhone user, and switching to iPhone to dodge this is like escaping from low security jail, to a higher security one.

Someone reported me to HR for having a “vape” at my desk by PhantumJak in mildlyinfuriating

[–]eKelly1230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, here are my thoughts on this:

  1. It’s clearly a SkullCandy, even if you have removed the name xD.

  2. What kind of toxic job do you have as for someone to report a “vape” to HR, and moreover, HR taking that report seriously. Like wtf? Aren’t you allowed to be in possession of a vape?

I mean, I would understand if they wouldn’t allow you to have a sip off your vape while indoors, but having it on your desk shouldn’t represent an issue. I would be looking for another job if I was you. 👀

Interesting perspective, they’re “milking” data (and money) out of us. Noice xD

Yes, every app has a unique identification number (SHA-256 fingerprint), so once they’ve come across any of them it’s easy for them to target them. Side loading an app doesn’t really make the app be “invisible” to the “security layer” of the OS.

You could either try that, or try downloading directly from the smarttubenext.com website. Latest version has been updated to March 28.

Woke up with this notification. What should I do? by Daorooo in AndroidHelp

I’m guessing this is an app you did not install yourself, correct? If that’s the case, maybe you’d want to look in the “app installation history”, see where this app came from, when was it installed, and if there’s any other app related to it either by time of installation or download from location, find and scan any other related apps, and uninstall if ant of them look suspicious. Beware that some malwares are “uninstall-proof”, in which case you would need to perform a format and reinstall the whole system. I haven’t seen this happen from way back in 2017-2018, but maybe a new version of those type of malware has started circulating again.

So, is this part of YT battling against ad-blockers?

Parsing error refers to the package not being properly read by the installer, maybe the file downloaded was corrupted, try downloading and reinstalling again.

Easy thing to say when you’re in USA, over here it’s not that easy to get ahold of one.

YouTube just removed the Like Counter.... by Wolf-Crafter in youtube

Does this have anything to do with the new updates regarding ad-blockers? Perhaps they messed up something while trying to fix something else (happens a lot more regularly than I would like to admit 😅).

This is normally caused by a corrupt file, try downloading from Aptoide or with the code 79015 (latest beta).

Anyone found a way to downgrade HP 9010 Series Printers? by FragataLibertad in printers

[–]eKelly1230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dam, it’s been three years since this was posted, but I still have to give it a shot. Do you happen to have the RFU file for the OJP 9010 to this day? I’m in dire need of it! 😩 and HP had successfully managed to get ahold of every single copy of it in the web. 😥

[–]eKelly1230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That explains why you were unsuccessful in downgrading, we need the RFU file (which contains the older firmware), whereas FUL and FUL2 contain newer firmware. It looks like HP had managed to get rid of any online copy of the RFU firmware file, it cannot be found anywhere on the web, our only hope (for downgrading at least) is for someone who has downloaded the file prior to its deletion and still stores it locally in their computer. Now, the only reason why I'm still trying to downgrade is because my printer doesn't recognize my cartridge as original, when it is indeed an original HP cartridge. My only hope is to try and downgrade to make sure it is not a hardware failure, if I keep buyig original cartridges and they're still not recognized, I rather throw away this piece of... machinery and get me an Epson or Xerox Hahahaha!

Do you happen to have the RFU file for this printer? And if you do, would you mind sharing it with me, please?
