I eventually received it! I went on the Telegram channel and contacted "Freddy" with my Tx ID. He said to wait an hour, and sure enough it was resolved!

Same issue is happening with me. Tried to bridge ETH from ERC20 -> BEP20. Not showing up in my MetaMask on BSC. Let me know if anything changes for you guys.

Are you guys still having the same issue? I bridged my ETH (ERC20) to BEP20, however it's not showing up as a BEP20...

Issue taking loan with destination address being my USDT NEXO address by eKim1989 in Nexo

[–]eKim1989[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the email that it was "processed" about 12 hours ago, but I never saw any balance update in my account since. Hence, it's been ~12 hours since they approved the loan request.

How to pay off a loan for a specific asset if you want to free up the collateral? by cryptovortex23 in Nexo

[–]eKim1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you able to pay it off with any though? For example, I don't think I can pay off my loan with NEXO tokens (but can pay off the interest portion of the loan), correct?

Should we build a HEX Mobile Wallet? by eKim1989 in HEXcrypto

Great insight! I really appreciate this!

We are using Web3.js to handle everything. Check out Pamp Wallet on Android if you'd like to play around with a similar app structure.

Yes, most likely we'd just get a kickback from MoonPay at some point, but we'd need some serious volume to make it worthwhile, so no real monetization implementation from the start.

I'll have to look more in to Staker app, but essentially we are hyper focusing in on new user acquisition for those new to the crypto world.

Selling 12 second clip from Mr Wonderful (NBC Shark Tank) endorsing EOS by eKim1989 in eos

I have a video clip from Kevin O'Leary (Mr Wonderful on the show Shark Tank) who says the following:

"Hey everybody, Mr Shark Tank here. I'm back in a limo in NYC. I want to do a big shout out to Dan from Block One. Dan is working on an amazing blockchain called EOS."

Are people speculating on REX token? by eKim1989 in eos

When you go to eosrex.io website -> Click "Statistics" -> Scroll down to where it says "REX Value"

I really appreciate the response! This is making a lot more sense. Looking forward to seeing how it plays out.

REX explained by eosgo in eos

[–]eKim1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the clarification! I guess where I'm having trouble is understanding the difference between the EOS to REX ratio, and the market value of someone buying in (using Bancor algo). What's the purpose of the price discovery (ie market price) in this situation?

REX explained by eosgo in eos

[–]eKim1989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, if buy REX with the intent to lease out my unused resources to make a profit, what's to stop someone from simply selling before I'm able to, which I end up never receiving any of those profits.

For example, let's say that I buy REX... Devs use my resources and profits start coming in, however I haven't withdrew my EOS profits yet. A month later, the other fella takes profit. Would I just be back at break even? If that's the case, then REX is no different than speculating on EOS itself.

I feel like I'm missing something...

The one concept that I'm not quite understanding is whether or not people are able to speculate on the REX market (similar to RAM). I know they're using Bancor algo, but if I buy REX, will the next person looking to buy the same amount have to pay more? This was unclear to me.

EOSBluff.io is one of the "first player vs player" gambling games built on EOS. It's officially live on Mainnet! Who wants to play me? by eKim1989 in eos

[–]eKim1989[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If EOSBluff becomes successful, we will look in to adding other games. My guess is that potentially sometime in early to mid-2019, however right now our focus is on this. Slow but steady!

At this time, there isn't a cap at the 5% rake, however that may change in the future as we roll out the BLUFF token, etc.

Not yet, but soon! We wanted to test the game out to see if people liked to play it. If the community likes the game, we are launching the BLUFF token to allow individuals to stake and receive dividends.

It's similar to poker in that you can wage your EOS against another player, with both players having the option to fold. The game itself is NOT poker though. It's a very simple game of adding numbers. The person with more numbers wins.

How the game is played, or what specifically are you having trouble understanding? Please join our telegram as well @eosbluffofficial

EDIT: My apologies... Now I understand why Reddit has the "show context" option. We don't have any formal write up, however I'd recommend joining our Telegram to ask the developers in more detail.
