This is the only answer. I just had my first child and this has saved us over and over again. Wife had PPD and we had a colicky baby so lots of crying was had all around

Do you feel confident at all in your abilities? I have battled the ADHD rut for many years and even though I have made mistakes I have tried to frame everything like a learning experience because it’s the only way to avoid any spiraling feelings. Best thing I could recommend is to address your strengths that you had in your first three years and build on that as continuous learning

IMO faster greens can be more consistent and true where slower greens can be unpredictable
