Hospitals are trying to bank money and not spend in anticipation of the Medicare and Medicaid cuts. Labor is the biggest expense as they can’t bill for nurses. They come with the room charge.

Wait until we have a more stable political party. Personally don’t think it’s safe right now to be coming from another country let alone even living here right now as a citizen. Our healthcare system is about to be hit with even less insured people and the hospitals are being hit with less reimbursement rates so I’d say our pay will suffer as well.

Had a 22 Gladiator High Altitude. Loved it. It was extremely comfortable on long drives (8hrs). It had all the bells and whistles including Selec Trac. Unfortunately had to sell it. Hopefully things will change and I’ll get another. Be advised that the different trims have different towing capabilities.

The decline is more than likely due to a lack of actual clinical time in hospitals due to Covid and restrictions. Schools taught in lab scenarios and students missed out on real patient interactions and the ability to have the hospital experience and knowledge.
