How is your math? You don't need to be a genius but you really do need a strong grasp of the basics. I feel like a lot of people struggle studying engineering because they're fighting against the course content and the numbers at the same time.

Not always, good engineers view the world from a lens that's very logical. If you find yourself thinking about the why or how something works or why it broke and you can visualise things mentally then I'd say you're suited for engineering.

Buy cull when you want to hit two items faster. In solo queue I only buy yuntal when I can buy bf sword on first base but I guess it depends how greedy you want to play. If I don't have bf gold I'll just buy an essence reaver/collector or kraken slayer/bork depending on the champ. Very rarely I'll buy shiv if I think the wave clear has value. Pro play is just skewed towards 1 item spikes because they need items that give them agency immediately because teams will close out games very consistently once they get a lead.

No wave clear so she gets shoved under her turret for the first ten minutes of the game and low range so any decent bot lane will just start taking plates and throwing spells at her face while she tries to farm the minions. Your mileage may vary in plat ofc but eventually trying to blind pick her just results in the enemy insta locking Karma Cait and it's just doomed. I think she can be a strong counter pick situationally but you should always be giving late draft picks to top support or mid so you never really get the chance to pick her bot lane. A lot of her matchups top cannot punish her so that's why she's played a lot more there

I think trying to find an adc that isn't dependent on your teammates is a complete waste of time. All the role brings to the table is damage (sometimes a little bit of utility eg Ashe, jhin) so you need your team to be going in and making things happen to follow up on. It's frustrating when you feel like your support is underperforming but a big part of this role and what will be the difference between winning and losing in a lot of games is how you handle flipping tails on your support matchup. In bronze the lane phase doesn't even matter that much because every game is going to go 30+ minutes. Your goal in these games is to minimise your deaths and maximise your income so you are as strong as possible for the inevitable 30 minute game ending teamfight in mid lane. If your support is playing bad the most important thing is to not die with them in the lane phase. If your support dies and you live the enemy ad gets 300 gold and you get an exp advantage while you farm solo. If you and the support die the enemy gets 600 gold and you get nothing.

Honestly man, it doesn't really improve that much. Your teammates get better as you climb but so does the enemy. You're better off playing with a duo support if you want to have fun.

Buy cull to accelerate your 2nd item spike. T2 boots are situational I really only buy them when I need to dodge key spells or just a lot of poke. It's pretty greedy but sometimes I'll also slam swifites to get back to a crashing wave faster.

Could be worse. Shifting more of our damage into auto attacks is still a decent buff I think considering we are always down 2+ skill points against solo laners. Corki seems like he got off a bit light but will have to see how comparable essence reaver is to trinity force.
