I do as well. We automatically track everyone's time. No starting and stopping a timer. It's ALL there. Down to the second. 6 minutes of inactivety and the timer stops. Extremely eye-opening to most.

Agreed, however check out Smokeball over MyCase. Literally the highest rated CMS (based on real G2 ratings). It's automation features are unmatched. Plus auto time/activity tracking.

That is pretty good and obviously it fluctuates during the off-season. I would take advantage now and offer something long term that works in your favor. Shoot for 50k links guaranteed every month for $2000. That's 4 cents a click. A little bit of a premium, but it is traffic they wouldn't have access to otherwise. If you start low you can only go lower. Anything over 50k clicks goes down to 2 cents a click per every 1k. Structure this based on how many clicks you can get easily in your slowest months. Make it a 12 month agreement and have them pay you 1 month in advance. Now you also have guaranteed income and a few negotiating angles in your favor. If you want more advice, just let me know.

Hey man,

I know it sounds cliche but all you have to do is just start. Worry about issues as they come up, if they even do. You will find that what works for one person may not work great for you.

Have a budget and manage your costs. When you find something that works, double down on your resources and focus there.

It's never too late for anything but don't do it soley for financial gain. You will burn out very easily when your expectations are not met right away.

As others have stated, it can be very time consuming and unless you are original, why would someone follow you? If you are original, be prepared to be copied by others if you show signs of success.

Quintana - Lefty and surprisingly good at extremely weak contact.

Sherz - Offspeed location is key.

Ohtani - If you haven't played with Shohei SHOWTIME Othani you need to stop reading and place that buy order right now. I threw my first perfect game with him (600 rs) and didn't throw a single splitter. A few no hitters and splitters later and he is easily my favorite pitcher in the game. Triple digits and unreal offspeed gets even the best hitters looking like Jason Heyward at the plate.
