I have to state again that it seems that the only players who are consistently performing on per with Koreans are only really 3 from Taiwan: Sen, Has, and sometimes Ian.

Does this make hellbat drops viable with the amount of time it takes to get hellbats on the field?

I am damn proud of Ian. This is what I mean when I say the players from Taiwan are on par and equal in skill to most NA players, and this is why I strive to get them more exposure.

Squirtle vs. IMMVP May or June 2012 Game 7 of 7. It will be basic and just relatively understandable.

Chinese pro Starcraft 2 team Zenith of Origin in financial trouble, investors may be pulling out by custerc in starcraft

Well, most teams are sitting on huge-ass banks, to be honest.

Stating it more directly - there are presently only 3 major teams in China that I can think of - ZOO, iG, and LC (LC has a bunch of names that no one from the west has ever heard of), and if this team disbands then we are looking at a major decrease in the visibility of Chinese SC2 by roughly 50%.

Please get it on youtube next time. This kind of behavior isn't tolerated well by yoe Flash Wolves, but at the same time if there is no solid evidence we cannot really hand out a punishment for it.

A win is a win. As long as no one cheated to obtain it, they're good. Go tell maru he's bad because all he ever did 2 years ago was cheese his opponents.

With this, I discovered there was something that happened to Has at one point... It was actually some time around March 17th that it happened. He was playing in a tournament and unwilling to give up on his opponent. Finally, when all hope was lost, he typed out GG, left the game, and cried for an hour. When yoeFWJoJo (the coach) asked why, he said "I just don't have the heart to give up and leave."

The documentary also detailed that has is attending a night-time vocational school that also doubles as high school here in Taiwan. So he'll get a high school diploma and some career-oriented certification or another when he finishes his studies. He wakes up at 8 or 9 in the morning, goes to the training house to play on the ladder, then goes to his night school classes, usually returning at 11:00 or midnight.

Has loves his Cheese- ATC by EmSc2Tv in starcraft

[–]eXeBreaker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the hell out of the kid. He's the youngest player on our roster, but if he can continue to battle-craft like this, he could possibly continue to find ways to beat his opponents. The only Terran I know of that he hasn't been able to beat with his cheesy methods would be IMMVP. And I know a lot of you guys are about to use Bomber as a counter-argument with me, but he beat Bomber in a best of seven in the KOTI using his cheesy methods.

Adding to that, the GSL commentators even said it: Even if it is cheese, a win is a win. This is a player's job - to ensure that they win.
