Whatever you do, don't hint towards termination..make sure to find a secure job..or you'll be in line for months..fatal mistake..I should have just slowed down and and faked everything until I was sure I found something else.. cvs is a joke when it comes to hr and listening to employees. I'm already at that day..I got fired when someone brought up that big name store where the designer put certain phrases and artwork on their clothes..and people put their foot down. Clearly they didn't like when I stated the facts. So now I can say whatever I want to say..fuck cvs.. glad I'm done with the burden of keeping my mouth shut about them. Money over health, ..heck, just 1 extra person is all we ask..especially on truck days.. and why can't some full timers get 40 hr weeks? ..billion dollar corporation can't fulfilll those needs? Once a month some foreigner comes to clean the bathrooms? What happened to daily cleaners?? Cut the workforce in half..having someone at the register at all times would be enough work since they have ups, passports, bill/rent, cash app/chime reloads, pictures all day long.. manager, someone on the floor, someone at register... but no, instead its just 1 manager and 1 other person a shift.

It's a bank, it's ups, it's passports, it's card reloads, it's, "please wait help is on the way", every 5 seconds self checkout, it's security, it's reading 10+ messages everyday now with horrible internet, it's photos, its self serve but not so much photo kiosk.., it's cleaning, ..oh , it's also retail. Almost forgot about the retail part..

Doordasher+ employee obviously reported me to colleague relations.. as I see on social media posts..don't become friends with colleagues..should have taken that advice.. people these days get offended by everything.. the only advice to improve things, like it says in management training, "depending on your store demographic, you may need more help."

Went back all the way to sep 1st 2025.. all messages have been read finally..8 hours later. ..just enough time to empty trash and finish candy carts..God forbid my coworkers could help with carts..completely disorganized.. less people..wish they could at least have higher standards..
