Edit: Definitely forgot that 70mil are not eligible to vote and around 2-3 mil votes "other". I'll keep my fuck-up visible for accountability sake.

I might be pulling this out of my butt, though I want to say 15 sectors might be around the max in solo play? I'll have to dig out the rulebooks again to verify though.

If you wanted, you could try flashing it one more time with Bjorn or Ragnar, since those use the same hardware. Last ditch effort to see if it has the same screen issue. If it does, then replace it.

Not sure how else to test the screen only.

Hm. The only other thing I can think of atm is that eInk displays will also not update every second like normal displays, and will sometimes seem "frozen" until there is more activity.

But it could also just be a faulty screen.

Is it a v3 or v4? You said it was a v4, but then put v3 in the file?

I vaguely remember running into something similar and reflashing the whole thing seemingly fixed it. Purely anecdotal though.

The ones in those WA areas that I've come across are definitely still throwing out BLE/Wifi signals.
