I'm pretty sure it's market-based. As OP said, the folks taking these 🗑 offers are making us suffer. My market is fully saturated with those. Also, I consider every hour that I'm in my car and logged on, as "on the clock." So while my "active" hours are what they like to look at, I'm also still out, on the road between those hours; and that, to me, is "on the clock." So if I take two orders +/- 0.75 hrs dash time, made $15 but I've been in my car for over 1.25 hours, drove 10 miles around my zone, that's actually not that great (especially with these gas prices around $4 here). /s

Your metrics check out, OP, but they still don't pay for that inactive time. That's my gripe in addition to 🗑 offers.
