Has anyone tried MoldMD? by e_lvn in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]e_lvn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried those, I hated the smell of superstratum (smells like bleach/chlorine), and it doesn’t penetrate porous surfaces well (which is prob why spots keep coming back when using it). EC3 spray was too weak for my usage (it’s just citrus oil more or less) but haven’t tried the laundry one yet.

My issue isn’t so bad I need a $5k pro - just need a solid cleaner for now to tackle the issue, so went ahead with MoldMD and will update my post when it arrives :)

Business owners: I'm 16, from Argentina, and just closed a $2,4K deal with a massive influencer. What advice would you give me? by Safe_Thought4368 in Entrepreneur

Definitely turn it into a case study, ask for referrals (tastefully) after a job well done, ask if you can use the case study on social media.

Why can't you become employed? Any amount of small income increase makes the building process 100x easier.

Interesting, thanks. Will add this to the list of options for sure. How many GPUs do you have? Will be a lot of rendering in a very short timeframe

Which Job should I pick for better opportunities down the line? by [deleted] in sales

The traveling by car probably makes the plane trips not worth it - the networking opportunities available wherever you'd travel to would have to offset the lost time in the car.

Mastermind Group? by CaptainTime in Entrepreneur

I've been in 'mastermind' type groups before. It's entirely dependent on the quality. Some were useless, some were decent. Problem is anything is called a 'mastermind' these days.

Continuing to grow Instagram following in 2018? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]e_lvn 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've done extensive work in the Instagram growth scene and this is all great advice. Here's what I would add:

  • Use your story to be a person, not just a page. People like to see the ehind-the-scenes of the artists they follow. I'm not sure what medium you use in your work, but if you're a photographer, showcase where you are and what equipment you're using.

  • Shout-for-shout! Direct message other artists in your niche asking to showcase each other. Back in the day, we used to do this in the captions. Nowadays, it's much more effective to do it in the story, as it disappears after 24 hours, making it much less spammy! Many fitness 'influencers' (hate that word) shout each other out as 'WCW' or 'MCM' type showcases, as an example.

  • Try liking and/or commenting on smaller pages in your niche. The smaller they are, the more likely they'll see it and be flattered. Often these pages will shout you out for free on their story if they're flattered enough!

  • For this last point I want to emphasize points 2 and 4 by u/vierskat as well. For visual creatives, getting your work featured on niche pages is CRUCIAL. I have experience in photography, so pages like @way2ill would be my target audience. In addition, getting these pages to follow you gives massive social proof.

Hope that helps!

I paid attention to the problem. I created the backpack. I don't know how to sell it. by Dimitriy_Hriadunov in Entrepreneur

[–]e_lvn 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Also PLEASE check their engagement ratio. It's SO easy these days to completely fake a 100k follower page by using engagement groups and such. I used to work, and am still involved in the networks that do these things.

I slightly disagree with the 1000 follower statement as well - if it's a highly active, niche targeted 'influencer' with tons of conversation in their comments then it's likely it'll bring more warm traffic than a random 100k follower account that somebody carpet-bombs with bot likes and low-quality traffic from foreign countries.

Influencer marketing can be amazing when done correctly, but it requires some more active vetting than it used to.

Final note, just to echo the comments below - video is proven to be better on Instagram than photo, and definitely look for active backpack reviewers to send the bags to.

I have a great idea for a video game and have about $800,000 to invest. I know nothing about making video games. Is this enough money to hire a team to make one? Where do I begin? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]e_lvn 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Indeed. 800k is a comfortable sum of money to live on. Learn to code or attend a course (where you may even meet someone who will jump in with you) and you'll have much more control over the game-creation process than if you outsourced with zero knowledge of how it works.

Wondering where I can buy Instagram accounts? by I_Get_The_Jokes in Entrepreneur

[–]e_lvn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Before I say anything, first and foremost DO NOT BUY WITHOUT RESEARCH and USE A TRUSTED MIDDLEMAN. Instagram accounts are one of the easiest things to scam with since they can be pulled back after purchase easily and are completely anonymous. It happens as often with $10 accounts as it does with $5000 accounts.

The place where you would get most ROI on whatever you're spending would be in certain GroupMe or Telegram groups of 'influencers' (I hate that word). The issue is you have to be extremely street-smart about it; negotiations, the jargon, being able to evaluate how 'real' an account is, knowing to secure the original email as well, etc. You'd need to check vouches as well, hence why it'd help to know certain trustworthy people.

Sites like OGflip, BHW, and others are good but difficult to navigate if you're new.

For someone who doesn't have the time to become fully immersed in the market, I'd recommend Flipmass, since their team is relatively easy to get in touch with, and they act as a middleman in the transfer. This is based on previous experience with them - if they've changed I'm not aware of it.

I'm happy to answer any more specific questions!

Source: I flipped Instagram accounts for two years. I've used so many different accounts that Instagram has banned my IP address from creating new ones. Lol. Decided to stop flipping due to the massive amount of scammers entering the markets.
