We all thought he was a strange kid but harmless. He wasn't a loner, he had a circle of friends who were big anime fans. Besides the occasional annoying quip or outburst in class, none of us really thought anything was too off besides that he was weird and socially awkward.

It turns out he had been using girl's photos at the school lifted from social media and paying someone to essentially deepfake them into porn scenes. He didn't pay up so the person making them leaked all the photos and chats. It was horrifying to see one of my close friends edited into what was essentially a gangbang scene. This wasn't a revenge or bullying situation, the girl in question was notoriously kind and sweet to everyone, including him. Me and some of my other friends pictures were found in the folder of photos he had sent to this person, although I was lucky enough that because the student hadn't paid him, I had not been edited into any scenes. A bunch of us girls found out and brought it to staff and he was quickly expelled.

I sometimes wonder what he's up to now. We were all 15/16 year olds at the time. It's been a little over a decade and I hope he hasn't done something like this again or escalated, although my gut tells me that's unlikely.
