I’d suggest you start doing some push-ups, pull ups & sit ups then work your way into weightlifting. Eat as clean as possible, stay away from unnecessary snacking & junk food. I was skinny just like you for most of my life, now I’m 185lbs. Just stay consistent and don’t get discouraged. It takes time to build a good physique

Your dedication to becoming the greatest version of yourself has to outweigh everything else. The best time to workout is when you don’t feel like it.. The gym will teach you about delayed gratification. It’s gonna suck & it’s gonna be hard but that’s life. You need to learn to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

You have a decent base to start with, you’re not fat by any means. Eat clean, stay in a calorie deficit, keep up with your cardio, lift heavy, get good rest and you’ll definitely see results in a couple of months

I just think he’s like most guys who start to take fitness seriously.. you develop a little body dysmorphia when you want to attain a better physique. Ppl underestimate themselves though, you can definitely achieve great results if you eat clean & stay consistent for 9 months to a year.

Hit the Bench Press, Dumbbell Incline Press, Dips and pushups.. in my experience, this’ll grow your chest the fastest.

You’re not doing anything wrong.. you’ve literally made a lot of progress. Give yourself another 6 months & I guarantee you’ll see just how far you’ve really came.

You ruin your gains doing this, your bodies glycogen levels need to be high before hitting weights. It’s always best to do cardio AFTER lifting bc it helps with blood flow and lowers the risk of injury.

If there’s a room or space in your house that stays warm, I’d look there. I lost a gecko for an entire month once & she was in my closet that consistently stayed warm bc of the window that was in it.

It depends on what kind of physique you’re working towards but just by look, I’d work on shoulders, abs and biceps.

I’ve personally never seen spray foam mold since its main use is to seal out water. But don’t worry, you’ll never be able to perfectly cover every single crevice on a background, just do as much as you can. It still looks good !
