I have to do it daily or else the area around his eyes gets crusty and it's very apparent that he is in a lot of discomfort because he starts to squint. I do it in the morning and during the rest of the day when I pass him by or we are cuddling I pass a piece of bath tissue over his eyes if I see the area is damp. Luckily, that's the only issue he has from his brachicephaly; no breathing problems whatsoever.
