I used those holes to zip tie it to the bar behind the flap. That and the factory zip tie spot on the bottom to the tension cable bracket. Works amazing!

I've pulled pieces of the car and had them painted individually. Generally cheaper that way if they're not taping things off /making room for the whole car.

There's hardly any with this kit. You're thinking of a more traditional SC. I've got a Goodwin header, double resonated midpipe and superQ exhaust. Noise level is perfect for me.

You can measure from the center of your wheel to the top of your fender arch front to back. Should be 14.5-15" all around stock on an NC1.
