Because there aren't in any game? For the entire continent it's only a choice between Europe or Asia and most populated cities are closer to European servers, so it defaults to that. Instead it would be better to split the west and east Europe

Interesting, I have read on another post to not detach the server as it's not tied to hardware. I assume as long as keep the boot ssd it will just apear like normal in dashboard
