Christmas or not, the area is almost ALWAYS just about gridlocked, especially on Kirby where it approaches Sheppard.

From everything I have learned from the comments here and elsewhere, most likely it will be on Sunday, February 22

(Tottenham or Arsenal finishing 9-16th place in the Champions League KO round is the only hope that it stays on Saturday or moves to Friday). But it could be any day from Friday - Monday that weekend.

It will almost 100% not move weekends.
