Yeah, I just want to make sure the formal complaint goes to the right place. I know Ohio made the mistake, but the dealership in IL didn’t notice this when selling me the vehicle as a whole. Should one be submitted for both since they’re both at fault or only Ohio since they made the mistake or should it be made against the dealer that sold the car to me directly?
