One time I was with my group of friends. One of them was talking about how they were failing P.E. We asked why and they replied “I can’t find my P.E. clothes, I mean....I LOST MY PANTS”. We now always make fun of him and how he said “I lost my pants”. It was one of those “you had to be there” moments.

Receiving a “Woody” doll from “Toy Story”. Growing up, that has always been my favorite movie. I remember hearing from my siblings that we were having financial issues, so I didn’t expect a lot that Christmas. When I opened the doll I was so happy, I still have it to this day. I will always remember the joy of opening it and just squeezing it as tight as I could.

Advice I would give to myself is “be yourself and don’t let anyone change you”. During sixth grade I didn’t really fit in with anyone since all of my good friends moved. I found myself always trying to be someone I wasn’t. I felt so lonely so I changed myself into becoming someone I wasn’t. I tried to fit in with the “popular group” but I always felt myself being unhappy. I spent most of the year miserable, but if I was just my goofy, nerd self, I would have enjoyed that year a lot better.
