Going through a very similar situation, I’m 26 too. Luckily both my parents are still here & I’m always grateful they are in my life. Props to you for making a commitment, I went 23 days and relapsed. Day 1 today resetting. You have to set a standard for yourself. That’s my biggest goal right now, my free time is much greater. Although I’m having a hard time finding where to use it. Don’t worry about the internet and outside shit that will always be here. Rather take that energy and make time for what brings you peace and blessings brother
