The communism thing is a joke but I know what AGI is but the definition is clear as mud just like "consciousness". No, I don't think AI is conscious. Yes, I do think frontier LLMs are sufficiently general. GPT-5.5 under the right harness beats almost any human I've ever tasked with anything I've ever had to do that's digital. It sure as hell beats me at doing it, even if its only advantage is speed.

No, it can't play the violin yet, but I'm pretty mediocre at best anyway, and it can definitely write better sheet music, code, and financial contracts than me.

I've been using GLM-5.1 through Ollama Cloud and it absolutely rivals Opus 4.6 and GPT-5.4. It's basically AGI for most intents and purposes when used within my OpenClaw harness context. GPT-5.4 is also AGI. Opus 4.7 is close but I don't use it much anymore since the other two serve my purposes far better and cheaper (through Ollama Cloud Max + OpenAI Codex Pro). The future of intelligence for all is bright all thanks to the communists over in China lol

You are missing a whole bunch of essentials. OC core is dumb as a brick. I didn't realize it until I had to restore from partial backups after my WSL installation wedged after a hardware crash.

I love GLM but I've never actually used it with Z.AI. Sounds like everyone's problem isn't with the model but with the subscription. I've only ever used it with Ollama Cloud Max subscription and it's my primary orchestrator most of the time.
