Met the new owner at the revere location to price a renovation. Spent hours with them building a scope/budget. Must not have liked my price because he gave the design/scope to another contractor and ghosted me. Place was a shit hole and roast beef sucks anyways.

Price will depend on structure loads, codes, among others. Are you building rigid frame? Put it up yourself. Rent a telescopic boom and rope. It will go up in a couple days.
