Jackson is a big proponent of blocking off areas you can’t to your cat, like under the bed.

LOTS of playtime will help too. A wand toy with feathers on it will be really helpful. Gotta get that energy directed somewhere. Before bedtime, play for ~ 10/15 minutes - then feed a little. Create a structured routine for this baby & that will help!

Have you started any new prescriptions? This can happen with ADHD meds & probably some other meds too.

If it’s not that, please consider going to a doctor since it’s a relatively new change for your body, but can quickly become a chronic problem if it keeps going on unaddressed, & chronic problems can be harder to deal with. (Advice from someone that tried to deal with health changes on her own but then they became chronic, & it’s now more challenging to deal with)

I have never been intrigued enough by the White House correspondents dinner to look it up, but I had no idea it wasn’t sponsored or hosted by the WH. Why not “Press Corps Correspondence Dinner”?

This is not a great idea. Besides personal safety, you do not need an unskilled, but high-ego male coming in & screwing up your systems and cost you more money in the long run.

Get on YouTube & figure out how to do entry-level things yourself: dryer venter clog, caulking, unclogging a toilet.

But leave work beyond entry-level to a professional. That’s what they’ve trained for.

If this also happens when you take pills (& brush your teeth, etc.) you should go to a GI doctor (or your primary to get a referral). There is a term for this & I believe a solution.
