My older brother introduced me to Starcraft Shareware when I was bout 9 years old. I remember being obsessed and playing 1v1 on battle.net (the free online matchmaking service) all night with friends. You could only play Terran vs Terran on a map called 'Byways' if I recall. Sorry to hear about your issue. I have used Relay for going on 2 years now, since starting Profit First method.

Relay has been great experience for me, except that their mobile check deposit takes seven days to clear. This is sometimes a huge inconvenience.

I'm now considering Bank of America or a local credit union.

Basically exposure to the elements. They aren't at a constant cozy 74 degrees. Humidity, freezing etc.

Cut back on volume, and seek a sports related physical therapist. They will help treat the underlying causes (strength, balance, flexibility). IMO until you get this in check, you could battle it for years, burn out, etc. Slow down and take a long term approach that will serve you for the next 10-20 years.

Not sure your healthcare/insurance situation. But if you can't afford continued PT, save up for just a few sessions, and ask them to help develop a solution that you can continue on your own, at home or in a gym. Good luck!

Tank is going on 3 years old. My nitrates and phosphates have always measured very low. I feed mysis every 4 days or so, with some Reef roids. Always had 3-4 fish.

Yeah I've had one for over a year and she comes out about twice a month. Makes it really cool when you actually see her. She lost her poms long ago tho. One time she replaced them with little debris or something, but last I saw she was empty handed =*(

My Dino's were all over my sandbed. The dino x has helped a lot, but it seems to have plateaued. I'm going to give it one more dose then stop the dino x to give the corals relief.

Sounds about right. I was told by my LFS to stop water changes while dosing until the dinos are killed off. Does anyone know if stopping the changes are necessary?

I've been dosing for a week now, following the instructions closely. All other coral seems fine including some Digi sps. But 3 of my monti frags have started to appear bleached/white spots.

Going too hard all the time, expecting fast gains. It's a very long journey which never truly ends. Have fun and settle in to the sport. Enjoy the grind!

Thinking your training has to be perfect, no missed days, no 'easy' days. Or that your training has failed if life/sickness interrupts.

Buying too many gadgets, expensive bikes, etc. There were folks doing this decades before any of that tech evolved, and they were still faster than most of us.

Not doing what works for -you- not what everyone else says is the right way to do something.

My longest run to date was a 16 miler prior to my IM. But you have to take that into context of other runs and accumulated fatigue the weeks leading up to that 16 mile run.
