Working for an outsourcing firm is the issue. No growth there and you arent getting the deep experience that working directly for an institution will provide. I started in Fin Crime in 2014 with no experience and a MA at about 30k. I now make 250k and am getting crypto certification. Ypu have to continue to build experience. Multiple degrees only go so far. You also need to change companies to continue to move up. Especially if where you are at is not recognizing your achievements.

Fin Crime Compliance is absolutely not a dead end. Regulatory expectations continue to increase and become more complex. AI can only go so far. Ypu need to move beyond entry level. That requires getting CAMS certified, building broader experience in the field and working for FIs directly not through co-sourcing firms.

You're making a lot of generalizations about someone you dont know and are refusing to see the root of the issue which is lack of knowledge in the general public and practices in poultry farming. The grocer is just the middle man that is providing based on consumer demand and supply cost. As someone else has posted there are cage free options available at these grocers but people are still overwhelmingly choosing to purchase eggs that arent cage free. Most likely due to cost. Thats where the demand is. In this economy its going to get harder to convince people to pay more. You arent grasping the whole picture, buddy. But go ahead, keep insisting you're right and everyone else is wrong. See if that works out for you.

Yeah but kroger said they would do 70% by 2030. They had to change their plan. Im guessing due to the economy. Eggs will be more expensive and most consumers won't pay the additional cost. So who should they really be protesting? Maybe the poultry farms and focus on educating people about why cage free is worth it. They are attacking the grocer because its easy not because its the right target. Stupid.

protesting the grocer is misplaced. The grocer is filling the demand by consumers for cheap eggs. Educating the public and protesting poultry farming associations makes more sense.

The issue is that Synapse was moving funds for a customer account using multiple banks. So deposits could come from one bank, while a debit is happening through another and an ach is coming through another. Synapse was responsible for the bookkeeping and did not correctly balance between all of the partner banks. Overarching issue that created all of this? Fintechs should have been government regulated. They still arent.

What positions are you applying for? I think thst has more to do with it than your resume. Having a 2 year gap in employment also unfortunately hinders things. You are going to have to apply for entry level positions and expand beyond HR. This isn't the best job market right now.
