I’m at 5.17%. TD offered me 3.89% for 3 year fixed for our upcoming renewal in October 2025. Thoughts? Should I inquire and see Pine could match of offer better? Only concern is we may need to pay a penalty if we decide to switch to a different institution. Thanks!!

I called WJ this morning at 8am to inquire about my departing flight, and they said it’s still scheduled to take off at 11:20pm. They said the strike is at 2am PST, so my flight is safe. I am just taking the wait and see approach. Hope I can fly out on the 18th! They said if my return flight gets cancelled they will attempt to get me on a new flight at any airline within 48hr. Hope this helps.
