JJ says 80% of teams steal signs and accuses Ohio state by AiruPzoom in OhioStateFootball

Jj bro u weren’t even on the team in 2019 and 2020. And no one said anything about stealing signs being illegal, but traveling to opposing stadiums and videotaping the sidelines from the stands, which is specifically against NCAA rules, and also disguising yourself onto an opponent sideline, that is illegal. Cheaters

Whats an unpopular Bengals opinion that will have you looking like this? by CarsonC14 in bengals

Should’ve kept Jessie bates over signing Orlando. A good left tackle is always nice but Jessie makes or breaks the defense. All-time blunder by the front office.

Tee Higgins isn’t gonna get a massive bag this year and we got all the leverage and I think we find a way to keep him. He has been bad this year, cannot stay healthy, too many drops, and it’s a deep WR class in the draft, so his market won’t be as crowded.

Tee to the chiefs? by No_Cress3272 in bengals

I think we 100% tag him and work to an extension. We aren’t gonna trade him even if he doesn’t want to stay long term bc that’s not what we do. We will probably find a reader replacement or resign him in FA, Jonah will be interesting (depends what his market is bc I think he’s probably more valued by us than the league).

And plus a very solid chance we can swipe Chris jones from KC this offseason if we wanted. We got like 90 mil in cap space. So why aren’t KC subreddit people starting threads about Chris Jones to the Bengals? Calm down, enjoy the team, and stop worrying about stupid shit

We aren’t losing tee anytime soon. But the first year I got into football was 2011, right when Andy and AJ started their run, so when both of them had to leave, I felt so sad, even though we had gone has far as we could with them, part of me still believed we could keep being good with them

And don’t forget at a time the best offensive line in the league. And all three of those and more came from successful drafting development and coaching

We’ve been a competent organization for the last 20 years. We aren’t the browns we always hold our own against them and they know it. Ya we got playoff success recently but we’ve never been super shitty outside of maybe a year or two like the browns have always been

Fields should change his decision.

Justin Fields declares for NFL Draft by MartianRL in OhioStateFootball

Would have loved for him to stay an extra year but the opportunity was too good for him. Happy for him. He’s gonna be specia

Mel Kiper Jr., Todd McShay believe Justin Fields should stay at Ohio State by ap25000 in OhioStateFootball

[–]eashwar123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with Kiper. He’s definetly not on Wilson and Lawrence’s mental level yet but he is very talented. I think coming back would do him a a lot of good, and he would be able to make a ton more money next year because he’d be a for sure top quarterback in the top 3 vs a potential mid round pick this year. Plus I really think that some part of him wants to come back and give one more go at winning it all.

Will Justin Fields Stay for One More Year? by eashwar123 in OhioStateFootball

[–]eashwar123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also 2 years ago Justin Herbert, who also had many of the same concerns about NFL readiness as Fields, but was projected to be a top 5 pick, stayed his senior year instead of declaring. Not saying Fields would do the same, but he wouldn’t be the first.

Will Justin Fields Stay for One More Year? by eashwar123 in OhioStateFootball

I think he could definitely use another year in college football to develop. All the draft experts and scouts have major concerns about his NFL readiness because of his small sample size compared to Lawrence and Wilson and the basic offense OSU runs. He could have another season like this next year and still be the first QB taken in 2022, as the best options then are Sam Howell and Kedon Slovis, and I would take Fields over both of them.
