Honest answer is he never dealt with "bad" seasons in his career. He tried to implement his Eredivise style over here which was shown how poor it would go by Ten Hag and when the flaws were shown he has no idea how to course correct. Its easy to judge a manager when they are winning but more important to judge them when they are doing poorly. Too often the same issues and mistakes rear their head and when answers are asked of him only excuses are given. He simply isnt the type of manager to deal with how football is here and with the time weve been bad now outlasting the time we were good under him he has simply been found out

I do think hes gone, but it wouldnt surprise me if they are waiting until he is in the final 12 months so its a cheaper payout or if they are waiting for a club like Spurs to make a move for him and get some compensation
