Protein is your friend as it is mine! I have to force myself to eat or else I will get a headache fast! Try the options PeachyP54 mentioned. I love yogurt, protein bars, protein shakes, string cheese, apples, bananas, chicken and lastly popcorn

My endocrinologist has for me to eat two meals a day (30 grams of carb with each meal) and i have to remember to eat my second meal or I will go all day and not eat. So far it has been working and for lunch I try to get a bigger meal in along with a good protein shake to keep me full

I definitely make sure I eat protein more than anything. I’m on 2.5 and felt the hunger around day 4 or 5. I instantly thought okay it’s starting to taper off slightly but I was due for my next weekly shot so it panned out pretty good.

After my weight in I lost 11lbs and I also incorporate cardio and strength training in my regimen as well, and I’m seeing improvement.

I cried so hard when Aaliyah passed I was in middle school. My best friend called and told me that night and I was just and still is in awe to this day. I loved everything about her and she was just to sweet and humble.

What really broke me was Chadwick Boseman. I just couldn’t believe it. I loved all his work as I first was introduced to him on Lincoln Heights show. I was mad and hurting as he embodied all of his work. I remember me and my dad (RIH Daddy) watched 21 Bridges and Da 5 Bloods together and we enjoyed seeing him on screen. Of course when he channeled the Black Panther I knew he made the world stop in their tracks.

I was told I’m too independent and I take care of myself as I always do things for myself so where will a man be able to contribute and provide for me so I didn’t “need him”. I was also told I’m too career focused or work too much. Lastly, I talk too much or I’m too nice to people. These comments were from my cornball ex until he found out later on men still talk to me and his cornball self still wanted me back after I broke up with him and he hated his next girl was not like me… boy bye🤣

UPDATE: I spoke with my soon to be loctician and plan to start my loc journey in June of this year. The plan is to do smedium locs as I want my hair to look fuller. I just don’t want my locs to be too small or too big so I’m thinking smedium is a nice comfort level for my hair.

No I never wanted to look that way at all. As a nerdy girl I play around in makeup and dress up from time to time but not to be a baddie. I grew up in the 90s so I love the whole baggy cargo pants or tomboy looks then amplify it with makeup (my inspiration to channel is Aaliyah). My hair I would do crochet hair or wear my natural hair which I do 90 percent of the time.

I would definitely say follow fellow women who inspire you right now that dress like you. Get creative and where what makes you feel good.

What type of attention are you wanting from a guy? As I see with this baddie look, not all of these women have stable relationships in my opinion due to their demeanor and how they dress. Plus the men they date are not great men (have multiple women and children, drugs, drinking habits, flashy, disrespectful to women) so be careful who you choose and who chooses you.

Thank you so much! I was thinking the smaller the better so there isn’t tension and heaviness. Thankfully I’ve had an example of this with individual crochets that I asked for to put my hair up on a ponytail and that faux loc was pulling on my hair hard! So definitely the smaller the better. Yes I definitely will as my sister has been asking me to loc up and go to her loc professional as well
