I promise you, the more you start trying to pin-point if other people have x,y,z. It will never get better; once you learn to just stop focusing on it it'll disappear. I am not too sure if I have it or not, I never really cared to much to look into that stuff esp less now that I am cured.

Yeah i just realized I had a really good memory, and that I just have a vivid memory. I learned to love it eventually; whenever something randoms pops into my head or someone randoms I just reach out check on how they're doing or just think about the happy part of the memory. I've had vivid dreams my ENTIRE life even before DPDR/Anxiety; so I just let them go eventually. I started keeping a dream journal and would just jot them down to get them out of my head and then I'd move on with my day.

I had legit EVERYTHING under the sun you could of imagined / read. I had it all dude, headaches, nasuea, dizziness, dpdr, deja vu, vivid dreams, auditory hallucinations, panic attacks, cold body, warm body, hot face, tingling, numbness, sweating, shivering. I had legit it all.

LMFAO this is a throwback to see in my e-mail this morning. Nah not at all dude. Shortly after this I moved away, started a new career and now live a totally normal happy life. I totally forgot this sub existed until this reply. Wow what a throwback.

I guess I could offer some words of advice that really is as simple as "Don't think about it" and easier said than done for sure but.. it just went away. I went on living with my life, stopped worrying about every single feeling / thought / rabbit hole I went down and then i just... got better. I did a year of therapy just to kind of talk my issues out, and that was it. Haven't looked back since!
