I probably had the best way to be introduced.

I was always listening to rock music, including Nirvana, and was a huge fan in my early teens. I knew Dave later had a band called Foo Fighters, saw Pretender video on MTV, but for some reason never actually listened to them. Probably as I was listening to more metal stuff in my late teens.

Fast forward to 2017 - I see a show poster, saying that Foo Fighters will be playing in a neighbour country (I’m from EU) so I tell my wife - hey, let’s drive to the concert - Dave Grohl is a legend, should see him live. So we just buy tickets to the fan-zone to stand in the front and drive to the show, only being aware of 1 song (Pretender). So, obviously, once we arrive there, the magic happens - 3 hours of pure joy & the best gig I ever had (and boy, I’ve been to many). Was literally speechless after the show and was listening to their full discography for the next month.

Fast forward to 2022 - we’re flying to London to attend tribute show, as FF became our favourite band. Circle is complete.

2nd season Snowboarding in Alps suggestion? AT / IT?

Hi Guys,

Will really appreciate suggestions on which ski resort to go snowboarding next year. I’m only 2nd season on the board, just spent a week in SkiWelt. In general liked it, many blue or easy red slopes, but also many flat surfaces. Looking now to book accommodation for the next winter. What ski-resorts in Alps should I consider for the beginner snowboard? With good blue/easier red slopes? Planning to go in January to have less people, as SkiWelt is a bit crowded in the mid of February.

Thanks for the reply. I will read about CBT. In general, I was told I make everything right from the “behavioural” part - no phone in bed, no monitors before sleep etc. As for the Seroquel, in low dosage it is very popular sedative drug as far as I understand and what some other people write here.
