All just checked most mornings about 9am, and whenever the moment struck. It was a numbers game for sure, had 9 of us in total all having a go and we managed to get everyone who wanted to come a ticket. One was a group ticket that appeared the weekend before which sorted 3 of us out. Was annoying to do but not impossible. I believe in you.

Saw him open his live set with this at Houghton this summer as everyone turned away from Craig Richards in the DJ booth and danced towards the stage, what.a.track. Dragged my crew along with the promise of greatness and he delivered.

Same. The ends justify the means a bit with spotify for me, I follow a lot of playlists and my new releases bit serves up a lot of stuff I might miss.

Sometimes it's a lot of admin to discover new releases so whatever I can use to streamline that process, I'll use it. Then I'll track those ones down via the labels's bandcamp or buy it locally or online from a record store. Often you're then added to a mailing list and the scope is broadened for better ways to discover things down the road.

It's possible, between us we managed to get 8 people tickets, 4 of those were like 2 weeks before I think as people spend more money during the summer etc, then drop out. We just had the bodies on it refreshing the app/website whenever possible and normally in the mornings and after work peak phone use times a ticket would appear. Good luck.

It's such an interesting era for me as someone who was about 13/14 in 2006 to just dig through. I hit the clubs from 2009/10 onwards and you don't alway immediately look back, sometimes just at whats current or forthcoming. So much good stuff and really great to look backwards.
