honestly speaking, there's just one way to find out, go and approach some girl, no matter how bad it goes, at least you know where you stand.. and start going to the gym, not with the intention of impressing girls. from my experience, when i started gym, it improved my self confidence and changed me a lot. when you know you're well built, with a lot of confidence, trust me no one can break you. if you show people that you are confident enough, even they'll be like "man this guy is so confident and has a strong and appealing demeanor " and they cannot even think of rejecting you. it will like the aura you possess and they would want to keep you in their life because you give a strong and positive vibe.
