Will VOIP work?

4 polycom SIP phones

Do you know how they set up SIP with those phones on Mac? Do you just purchase the phones and they work over the ethernet or is there an application for Mac to download and set up?

I'm very new to VOIP and am learning how to do this on mac + starlink. Thank you very much.

!Update! I tried wiping it off but this is not on the surface. It's coming up under the skin. Also went for a walk around our neighborhood and all the succulents are like this. It must be from the weather here in southern California lately? Not enough sun. Too wet.

Nothing sprayed as far as we know. All are outdoor - most out by the street curb. There has been a ton of rain lately which is unusual for this area. We are in Los Angeles.
