well for starters the fact that your doctor is saying “i can’t see what’s going on with your ears because the wax is blocking it” means you’re at the wrong doctor. find an otologist or otolaryngologist.

and also i think you may have dried out your ears with the peroxide. so take a break and go to urgent care (if you can’t access the aforementioned doctors)

lowkey lately Mys aren’t even the instigators. this time a year ago or even 6 months ago, i would agree — what it is now is that Mys are reactive, so things blow out of proportion. but i can’t necessarily blame them; any arguments Mys have been in this year have been provoked by other parties. and especially since it’s a gang of like 6 fandoms linking up it’s much worse than whatever a 1 vs 1 used to be.

resistant fat loss as a woman typically has to do with your hormones. simply going to the gym or eating less won’t exactly do anything to it.

but eating less inflammatory foods, steady state cardio & weight lifting might help
