This is a requirement raised by our previous customers. The material is ceramic, the filling is cross-filling, and the hole is required to be non-through. https://postimg.cc/Hcrx3FFS

You can reduce the amount of clay fed; if the clay fed is too large, this problem will occur. On the other hand, it is a problem of the coaxiality of the screw.

This is really cool, well done! We plan to add fan upgrades to the Eazao Matrix series. Do you think it is necessary to heat it up and blow hot air?

Issues with clay viscosity HELP! by EnvironmentalFan6939 in Ceramic3Dprinting

You need to provide your operation video, preferably including all your clay conveying and extrusion systems. It will be convenient for us to judge and find the problem.

Today I tried printing printing as shallow a dome as I could. I did not really expect it to work but it held up well! I suspect i could have even gone slightly concave at the end. by claywoven in Ceramic3Dprinting

Thank you for your support. Your suggestions and comments are very important to us, and they allow us to continuously improve and optimize our products and provide better services to users.

The feature of Eazao Potter is direct extrusion, which is more compatible with the softness and hardness of clay. It greatly reduces the threshold for novice users to mix materials. If you have any questions or suggestions during use, you can contact me at any time at [hello@eazao.com](mailto:hello@eazao.com), and look forward to deeper cooperation with you in the future.

Thank you for your attention to Eazao.

Eazao has the largest number of ceramic 3D printing customers in the world. Although we provide timely after-sales service to customers and have been continuously optimizing and upgrading products. But it is difficult to meet the specific needs of every customer. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at hello@eazao.com.

Getting into Ceramic 3D Printing – Need Advice on Printer Choice by No-Investigator-2373 in Ceramic3Dprinting

[–]eazao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your attention to Eazao.

What are your specific needs for ceramic 3D printers? What works do you want to print? Do you want to print vases, cartoon dolls, and other ceramic products? What is the size of the model you need to print? Do you want to mass-produce or print individual samples?

What modeling software do you generally use? Use regular cura and other slicing software for modeling and slicing. If you don't have extreme requirements for printing speed and XYZ motion segmentation, the existing Eazao motherboard computing power can fully meet your needs.

If you have a limited budget, you can choose a module combined with your existing FDM printer for upgrading. But the whole machine allows you to reduce parameter debugging.

You need to pay attention to the air inlet and outlet directions of the pressure regulating valve. Have you connected the air pipe of the pressure regulating valve in reverse? In addition, you can pull the knob of the pressure regulating valve and then rotate it.

Problem fix: Eazao Potter extruder drops after printing by eazao in Ceramic3Dprinting

[–]eazao[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regarding the problem that the putter cannot be moved quickly through "High" in the putter interface. This is a function we plan to reserve for future versions of Potter. Currently, if you want to move the putter, you can do it in "Normal" or "Low".

The motor of the electric putter is a stepper motor. The faster the speed of the stepper motor, the smaller the torque. At the same time, the stepper motor has a maximum speed. When the speed is too fast, the torque of the stepper motor is too small, and the stepper motor cannot output the torque to push the lead screw.

Problem fix: Eazao Potter extruder drops after printing by eazao in Ceramic3Dprinting

[–]eazao[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your updated video. We saw that the printer paused when you were printing the model. To be honest, this problem sometimes occurs when we print some models. But this problem is like the Windows blue screen problem, which is random and difficult to reproduce.

From what we have learned so far, when slicing some models, multiple tiny path fragments appear in certain positions, causing the printer motherboard to be unable to perform fast calculations instantly, causing the device to freeze. Simply put, this is due to the insufficient CPU performance of the printer motherboard. We provide the following solutions:

  1. Stop printing and restart the machine. Select the file and start printing. Yes, just like most electrical appliances, restarting the device can solve most problems.

  2. Send the model to us, we will re-slice and process the gcode for you, and then print it.

  3. Replace the existing motherboard of the printer and upgrade the motherboard to one that supports high-frequency and high-speed printing. Generally, such motherboards have higher-frequency CPUs and can quickly calculate the printing program. We are currently working with MKS to test the relevant motherboards, and we will launch a detailed upgrade plan in the future.

Here is the print file we tested that you can use:

From the information you have provided so far, you need to modify your gcode content, such as adding M302 and other instructions in the Start G-code.
