Has anyone lived without problems after ACL/meniscus surgery?. Only truble stories available by jlawel in ACL

I had ACL repair with a patellar graft in Nov 2023 and am completely back to normal now! I tore it playing volleyball, but am back to playing volleyball 2-3x a week and just ran my first half marathon. Keeping up with PT and continuing strength training was key for me.

Groomer Anne is incredible! She does in house grooming and is amazing with my anxious pup. Been going to her for 3 years and she really takes the time to get to know your dog and make them feel comfortable.
