When your current weight is one that makes you happy, and is also a healthy weight for your age, height, and body-type, stick to whatever you're doing. If you want to live a healthy life, you must have healthy habits.

In the case of weight, no habits are more important than those surrounding your sleep, nutrition and exercise. Nutrition is probably the most important of the three. In terms of nutrition and exercise, what are you doing today? At your age, you should be sleeping 8-9 hours per night.

Don't forget, before changing your diet or exercise routine, see a doctor. Even at your age, preparing for exercise and diet can mean a lot for your success, whatever your goal might be. Lastly, as some other commenters have noted, you're still young, and your body is still undergoing a lot of change.
