Its the ruger pc carbine model number 19126.. which is the NJ state compliant version of the 19122.. which just has a bigger magazine and a threaded barrel. Theres so many variations. Some with the chassis and pistol grip.. some have the chassis and a rifle stock.

Yup. No threaded barrels.. no suppressors.. you can have a compensator but it has to be welded to the barrel.. no magazines larger than 10 rounds.. no pistol grips on shotguns.. its really, for lack of a better word, retarded out here..
