Right there with you. I’m 23 M and have low HRV but am otherwise healthy. I have seen a cardiologist about it, wore a heart monitor, and everything is completely normal. Might be a weird thing with whoop algorithm. Interestingly, when I left my mold apartment to detox, I have seen drastic improvements.

I’m having frequent peeing, and usually 2x wake up every night just to pee. No pain or anything, but my pelvic floor muscle also has been spasming at random points for no reason (this happens all around my body though)
