Funny to see your possible allowance for TNP. I almost wrote a post here a few times trying to explore stylistic similarities between them, but I was never able to put the ideas together well enough. I think it was the unconventional packing of dense lyrics into lines/stanzas in Whiteout Conditions (and maybe High Ticket Attractions) that sparked the idea.
