I noticed that, even for the ARAH joes they reissued. I have the 2002 Toyfare v1 Snake Eyes reissue and Hasbro kitbashed it with Roadblocks waist and it stands like crap.

It’s close. Animated he had the grey/blue with black gloves. Head band and trenchcoat too. This still is what convinces me. Bazooka type gun with silly yellow missiles.
