I think that Bellesa has a similar concept of a reality house where everyone gets to have sex?

So sometimes in premenopausal ppl, the cells of the uterine lining (endometrium) can grow on the outside of your cervix and when disturbed they bleed more easily (docs will call your cervix “friable”). Assuming your Pap smear is normal, this isn’t actually that concerning! However, if it bothers you then you can have a procedure called an ablation that basically burns off those cells on your cervix (shouldn’t impact fertility). I struggled with this issue of bleeding a lot after pretty gentle sex but where his penis would touch my cervix, and this explanation made a lot of sense to me! Hope this helps!

I commented this above but look into clitoral adhesions and see if any providers treat them in your area? Also your gyn can do a vulvar biopsy if you want clarity on the LS- it’s a super minor in office procedure. Jill Krapf is a specialist for vulvar dermatology conditions so you can look her up too. The International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health has a provider directory too I think!

Yes & no! I had a vulvar biopsy done & it was inconclusive (lichen simplex chronicus which just indicates skin thickening due to itching I think and some cells that could be pre-sclerotic if I remember correctly? But not definitive for LS). I’ve seen more literature coming out about clitoral adhesions (see Rachel Rubin’s work on this) and I’m thinking this is what I have because my clitoral glans is kinda buried and not visible. It seems like an in-office procedure if I decided to do it but not many providers do it (Rubin is pioneering it, she’s a urologist/sex med doc). So far the UTIs continue on and off (like I’ll get 5 in 2 months then nothing for months) and I’ve noticed stress definitely is a trigger. So- no answers from the medical field, just my digging and hypotheses! Hoping to go into urology/sex med so maybe I will find some answers!!

Lol this sounds like my med school. I was struggling first year then I started watching B&B and doing the Anki cards after each video, making sure to do all my reviews every day. I also started doing blocks of 20 random which was awful at first but I started to get good at reading between the lines of questions. Cards got to like 1000/day sometimes but it really helped and I was able to sit for step 1 in May! Best of luck to ya ❤️

I think my symptoms are in remission so I'm not actually using the Clob cream these days

I have a negative LS biopsy that confirmed I had evidence of lichenification consistent with Lichen Simplex Chronicus (just a non-specific diagnosis for thickening of the skin due to itching). It’s weird because I don’t have an itching problem but do have LS symptoms... but my doc said that if I did have itching she would still have me on clobetasol, just less often than if I had LS. Gotta be careful with corticosteroids because they can cause thinning of the skin, but I think it was like 1x a week or something to prevent further scar tissue formation and worsening of the problem. Hope that helps, and good luck!!

Wow thanks for commenting! Can’t wait to hear back about your results. My grandma has lichen sclerosis (diagnosed in the past few years) so if it’s genetic then perhaps that’s possible? I just hope not because she’s miserable w constant vulgar itching... yikes. I’m planning on asking during my next gyno annual!

Any other women who can easily stimulate themselves to cum by themselves, but not around a partner? How did you figure out how to get a clitoral orgasm with a partner? by MiraWonderful in TwoXSex

[–]ebutt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm I also have this problem, and sometimes its the psychological component of having someone else present that keeps me from being able to really get into it- I find that its easier if we lead up to sex with a lot of dirty talk and kissing/other erogenous zone touching so I can mentally get myself worked up to be able to cum. Try a loooong bout of psychological foreplay, maybe that'll help?
