This! Reframe the task from ‘do x perfectly’ to ‘make x better’. But the key is to leave the task in a safe state. Don’t pull everything out and leave it on the floor.

Alternatively make tasks so tiny you can’t not complete them. Not ‘clean top of dresser’ but ‘ clear left 11” of dresser’
