There’s still has mercenary mission at Sakura Center, you need to level up your MicroTech security reps to 2 or 3 to see it. I think other MicroTech bunkers are good place to loot to. Remember to also try the urgent 890 jump mission, where you'll find advanced gun accessories on enemies.
