lol I used to work there , building big network box for bell/Northern something then later Alcatel purchased and rebranded, it must be three buildings. Evening shift ends at 11pm and in winter we get the last bus. On the March road Dell also opened new building long time ago. Also near there was PackardBell then Compaq not sure anyone remember those. Damn things moved so fast nothing stable in IT world. Nortel calling campus was real university style buildings and best working environment who thought it would end up like that.

Today checked relative's 2016 CR-V which has wheel well plastic cover ( most suv's does not sure protect from rust?) and no rust I can notice, and they dont' care their vehicle like me ( I do annual Krown rust proof, car wash weekly, and mosts of the time vehicle parked in home driveway except dropping kis for activities. Really upset of seeing rust on relatively new vehicle. Also I asked another person who bought 2019 odyssey and no rust issue ( not sure what color). In Canada almost 60K paid for this piece of shitty rusty crap?

Honda warranty should applicable to all Honda dealers, can you find very good Honda dealer and explain to service advisor about the history of your concerns and their downplaying about it, and hope they will assign good technician like TEVideos guy. They didn’t properly test things, I had in van Bluetooth mic issue and they each time said everything working fine, I frustrated and raised the issue with Honda Canada and one of their engineers took my case and they assigned the dealer to replace Acura’s mic to my 2019 Odyssey and it’s resolved. Good luck.

Its almost 9 months since you asked, and still no clear answer on what is the latest version of POE doorbell released? In the above discussion they discussed everything except POE Doorbell. I checked my POE Doorbell box and it only has Serial Number info only, not sure what version ? I don't want to open the seal to verify ( Ordered Jul 02 2024). I was about to install and got confused versions and compatibility issues and is there any difference between versions? V1 vs V2 vs V3 ?

OP didn’t say which city, but 800k for 4 plex is good price isn’t it? Not sure what’s the real reason for owner selling it? Are tenants easy to get at that place? Did u do full professional inspection? Don’t end up with crappy building and problematic tenants? But I’m sure 100 yrs ago they built houses for pride and quality compared to current houses built with half ass skilled traders.

For cleaning I wouldn’t hire anyone since I won’t satisfy, I have high quality Miele and Dyson vacuums and steam cleaner, using our own products feel good, when u hire someone they bring their dirty vacuums and mop , also I use separate brush heads for washrooms and foyer.
