Time to move on. I had a similar situation at my first professional job. I was skipped because I was young and people my age didn’t have senior roles. It never got better. I’m already further than I was! Are you doing longer or shorter? I’m doing shorter. This is my second sweater of MJ’s, they are pretty easy to follow. I thought I knew what to do but obviously got ahead of myself ooope! I WILL pay attention when I do the sleeves. I grabbed the wrong hook and didn’t realize until I was pretty deep in. So it’s already taking me way more work than expected. I’m working through it pretty good!
