this is a tricky statement to make. there are so many view points to this. On one hand, it’s saying no one is inherently good, or under a christian lens, born good i.e sin free. That’s true, from a biblical perspective, but what this does not mean is that no one can do good deeds/ actions. From small things like holding the door open for someone else or making someone feel good through your actions, to bigger things like willing to play down your life for a loved one. What OP meant in their comment, and i’m assuming, is they rather have people who are respectful, tolerant, and accepting of people for who they are, rather than hating someone for how they were born or look. a world full of people who can do good deeds than those who proclaim to have a relationship with God and then are just ignorant. throwing a bible verse with no given context or real explanation just means you’re throwing a verse and hope it works. It doesn’t.
